  • 1/3 Cup Milk

  • 2 large Eggs

  • 1/2 Cup Butter

  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a loft pan with baking oil then line the bottom with parchment paper and set it aside until later.
  • Place the bananas in a bowl and using a fork mash them until they have a creamy-like consistency. Then set it aside.

  • Add the eggs one at a time and mix until well combined.
  • Pour in the milk, then add the vanilla extract and bananas and continue to mix until well combined.
