I’m so excited to share one of my favorite recipes with you today: garlic noodles! This recipe is so quick and easy to make, and it tastes absolutely delicious. Whether you’re looking for a quick snack or a meal, garlic noodles are the perfect solution.

I first tried garlic noodles at a local seafood restaurant, and I was immediately hooked. I couldn’t believe how simple the recipe was, and yet the flavor was so complex and satisfying. I decided that I had to learn how to make garlic noodles at home, so I experimented with a few different recipes until I found one that I loved.

The recipe that I’m sharing with you today is my go-to recipe for garlic noodles. It’s incredibly easy to make, and the results are always delicious. The noodles are coated in a rich and flavorful garlic sauce, and they’re perfect for serving on their own or with your favorite toppings.

You can enjoy your noodles as is, or you can top them with your favorite proteins and vegetables. Some of my favorite toppings include shrimp, chicken or fish . You can also serve your noodles with veggies such as broccoli.

No matter how you choose to enjoy them, garlic noodles are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is sure to please everyone at the table.

Step 1: Ingredients

For this recipe I used angel hair pasta. I love the texture of the angel hair pasta put if you don’t have it you can substitute thin spaghetti.

Ingredients for Garlic Noodles:

Angel Hair Pasta, Parmesan Cheese, Garlic, Scallion, Butter, Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Salt and White Pepper 

Step 2: Cooking the Pasta

Add water and salt to a pot then bring to a boil.

Add the pasta and allow it to cook for 6 minutes. After six minutes remove it from the heat then rinse with cold water and set it aside until later.

Step 3: Making the Garlic Noodle Sauce

In a frying pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and the white portion of your scallion then saute for two minutes.

Step 4: Combining Ingredients

Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and white pepper then mix until well combined. Add the pasta to the pan then coat with the noodle sauce.

Add the parmesan cheese, the green portion of the scallion. Mix until well combined then it is ready to serve.

  • 8 oz Angel Hair Pasta

  • ¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese

  • 6 cloves Garlic

  • 1 Scallion

  • 5 Tbsps. Butter

  • 2 Tbsps Oyster Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • 1 tsp White Pepper

Directions

  • Add water and salt to a pot then bring to a boil.
