How to Make Lobster Tails
Lobster tails are a culinary treasure that have enchanted taste buds for centuries. And as a seafood lover, they are at the top of my list of favorites. Their buttery sweetness, and light texture have made them the ultimate symbol of luxury cuisine. They can be prepared quickly by grilling, baking or boiling. No matter how you cook them, lobster are considered a treat and is welcomed on any table. This is my easy recipe for Lobster Tails that I serve for those special occasions. It pairs well with a light salad, asparagus, roasted potatoes or baked potatoes.

1. Ingredients
Great tasting lobster never requires much. Most ingredients you already have. Simply putting these ingredient together give you a delicious, luxurious meal.

2. Preparing the Lobster Tails.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Rinse the tails with cool water and pat dry, then using sharp shears, cut the legs to expose the meat. Next, place them in a baking dish and set them aside.

In a bowl combine the butter, lemon juice, parsley and garlic and mix well. Season the lobster with the paprika, salt and pepper. Feel free to add other seasoning if you like. I chose to keep it simple because I don’t want to over shadow the natural flavors.
4. Final Prep and Baking
Lastly, brush the tails with the butter, lemon and garlic mixture then transfer them to the preheated oven and allow them to cook for 15 minutes or until you have an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
Present your lobster tails on an elegance plate and serve them with warmed melted butter. I hope you enjoy them!
