Step 1: Ingredients for Barbecue Ribs

To make these oven-baked barbecue ribs, you will need: A rack of ribs (for this recipe I am using beef ribs), canola oil, barbecue sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper)
Step 2: Combine Your Seasonings

Make sure to preheat your oven to 385 degrees. In a small bowl add the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and mix well.

- After 3 1/2 hours remove the ribs from the oven then brush with the barbecue sauce. Change the oven setting to broil then return the ribs to the oven and cook for 3 minutes. Once they have cooked for 3 minutes they are ready to serve
