- Salt: The salt brings all the flavors together

Instructions for Oven Baked Barbecue Ribs
Step 1: Combine Your Seasonings

Make sure to preheat your oven to 385 degrees. In a small bowl add the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and mix well.
Step 2: Prepare the Ribs

Make sure you have thoroughly washed and dried your ribs. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, then place your ribs on it. Brush the ribs with the canola oil then generously season with your seasoning mixture.

Once you have prepared your ribs by cleaning them and removing the membrane, season them and allow them to cook low and slow. For this recipe I placed the oven on 385 degrees and cooked the ribs for 3 1/2 hours.
Step 3: Coat the Ribs with Barbecue Sauce

- After 3 1/2 hours hrs remove the ribs from the oven then brush with the barbecue sauce. Change the oven setting to broil then return the ribs to the oven and cook for 3 minutes. Once they have cooked for 3 minutes they are ready to serve
