Here are some tips for making oven-baked BBQ ribs:

  • For extra flavor, you can add your favorite spices to the barbecue sauce.
  • If you don’t have time to bake the ribs for 2-3 hours, you can cook them in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Serve the ribs with your favorite sides, such as corn on the cob, potato salad, or coleslaw.

Baked BBQ ribs are a delicious and easy way to enjoy this classic dish. They are perfect for a casual meal or a special occasion.

  • Use a good quality barbecue sauce. A flavorful barbecue sauce will make a big difference in the taste of the ribs.
  • Don’t overcook the ribs. Overcooked ribs will be tough and dry.
  • Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.

Here are some variations on the recipe:

  • You can use different types of ribs, such as baby back ribs or St. Louis-style ribs.

  • You can serve the ribs with different sides, such as baked beans, macaroni and cheese, or collard greens.
