What to Do With Leftovers Shrimp Scampi

If you happen to be one of the lucky ones and have leftover Shrimp Scampi then proper storage is easy to do. Make sure that any dish you put in the refrigerator has been cooled. Place what’s left of your scampi in an air tight container. Shrimp scampi can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
