Fajita Pan

When serving my fajitas, I love to use my Fajita plate set. The presentation is beautiful and I love the sizzle. When a fajita pan is heated up, it gets very hot. This causes the juices from the meat and vegetables to sizzle and smoke, which adds to the visual appeal of the dish. The sizzle also helps to keep the fajitas warm until they are served.

Fajita Pan

If you’re going to be using a fajita pan for plating, place it in a 500 degree oven 30 minutes before serving.

Step 2: Chicken Fajita Marinade

The chicken fajita marinade is the key to tasty and juicy chicken.

In a large bowl add the lemon juice, four tablespoons of canola oil, one teaspoon of salt, black pepper paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, onion powder and oregano then mix until well combined.

Step 3: Marinade the Chicken

When marinading, it is best to allow the chicken to marinade in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Step 4: Cook the Chicken

Using high heat bring the pan to temperature then add two tablespoons of canola oil. Cook the chicken for five to seven minutes or until it’s fully done. After the chicken is done remove it from the pan and set it aside until later.
