Crispy Buffalo Wings Recipe

Crispy Buffalo wings are essential for any game day gathering. They are a classic party food for a reason. They are delicious, easy to eat, and can be customized to everyone’s taste. The crispy skin and juicy meat of the wings are hard to resist. And the spicy sauce just takes them to a whole different level. Serve them as an appetizer or side dish to many meals. They go great with waffle fries, curly fries or even dirty rice. However you choose to serve them they won’t last long.

Step 1: Ingredients
Ingredients for Crispy Wings:
As tasty as these wings are, it’s great to know that it only take a few simple ingredients to make. You will need
Chicken Wings, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Hot Sauce, Butter, Ketchup and Canola Oil
Step 2: Seasoning the Wings
For this recipe I used simple seasoning. You want a little flavor with a lot of kick.
Combine the salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined. Make sure the wings have been cleaned an dried. Season the wings with the seasoning mixture then set them aside.
Step 3: Frying the Wings
Add the oil to a pot or Dutch Oven then bring to temperature. Fry the wing in small batches for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes. remove them from the oil and set them aside.
Step 4: Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce and ketchup then mix until well combined. Remove from the heat then set it aside.
Step 5: Tossing the Wings in Buffalo Sauce
The final step is to ensure your wings are covered with that delicious buffalo sauce.


Pour the Buffalo sauce over the wings then toss the wings in the Buffalo sauce then serve.

- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 ½ tsp Hot Sauce
- 5 Tbsps Butter
- ½ Cup Ketchup
- Canola Oil
Method
- Make sure the wings have been cleaned an dried.

- Add the hot sauce and catch then mix until well combined.
- Toss the wings in the Buffalo sauce then serve.
