Step 1: Ingredients:
Ground Beef, Butter, All-Purpose Flour, Beef Broth, Half and Half, Worcestershire Sauce, Onion, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper and Salt
Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef
Using medium heat bring a pan to temperature then add the ground beef and onion.
Season the beef with the salt and pepper then allow it to brown.
Step 3: Brown Hamburger Gravy Flour
Add the Worcestershire Sauce. Melt the butter then add the flour. Allow the flour to cook for 3 minutes or until it has browned.
Step 4: Make the Gravy
Pour in the beef broth and half and half then bring the liquid to a light simmer.
Season with the onion powder and garlic powder and continue to mix until the gravy has reached your desired thickness.
