Ingredients
- 20 oz 15 bean soup mix
- 12 oz andouille sausage
- ½ lb chicken breasts
- 4 Cups chicken stock
- 2 Cups water
- 1 Cup onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1- ½ tsps kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Method
- Slice the sausage and chicken into small pieces then set them aside.
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker then season with the onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Add the sausage and the dry beans.
- Add the celery, onion and garlic then pour in the water and chicken stock.
- Mix all the ingredients well then cover and allow it to cook on high for four hours
