- 2 and 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 and 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Clean the wings under cool water and pat them fully dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat every piece evenly.
- Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the wings and toss again until every wing is covered on all sides.
- Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet and arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
- Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the thickest wing reads 165°F.
- Rest for two to three minutes on the rack, then serve hot with your favorite dip.
