  • 2 and 1/2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Clean the wings under cool water and pat them fully dry with paper towels.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the wings and toss to coat every piece evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning blend over the wings and toss again until every wing is covered on all sides.
  6. Place a wire rack over a rimmed baking sheet and arrange the wings on the rack in a single layer.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the thickest wing reads 165°F.
