Best Banana Bread Recipe (with Video)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Banana (ripped)
  • 2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a loft pan with baking oil then line the bottom with parchment paper and set it aside until later.
  3. Place the bananas in a bowl and using a fork mash them until they have a creamy-like consistency. Then set it aside.
  4. Make sure your butter is room temperature. Using a stand mixer, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour in the milk, then add the vanilla extract and bananas and continue to mix until well combined.
  7. Slowly add in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon then continue mixing until well combined.
  8. Add the batter to the pan then transfer to the preheated oven.
  9. Allow your bread to bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick placed in the center comes out clean.
