In a dish whisk together the flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture then place them on a wire rack.
Using medium heat, bring a frying pan to temperature then add the butter and olive oil.
Cook your chicken for 3 minutes on each side then remove and set aside.
Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, parsley and capers and bring to a light simmer.
Return the chicken to the pan and cook for an additional 3 - 5 minutes then it is ready to serve.
