Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Method
- Set a pan over medium heat and bring it to temperature. Add the butter and olive oil, allowing them to melt and combine.
- Add the minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- Add the shrimp to the pan. Season the shrimp with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, then bring the liquid to a light simmer.
- Sprinkle parsley flakes on top, then simmer for an additional minute until the shrimp are fully cooked and the flavors meld.
- Serve immediately over pasta.
