Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp Hot Sauce
  • 5 Tbsps Butter
  • ½ Cup Ketchup
  • Canola Oil

Method
 

  1. Make sure the wings have been cleaned an dried.
  2. Combine the salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined.
  3. Season the wings with the seasoning mixture then set them aside.
  4. Add the oil to a pot or Dutch Oven then bring to temperature.
  5. Fry the wing in small batches for 12 minutes.
  6. After 12 minutes. remove them from the oil and set them aside.
  7. In a saucepan, melt the butter.
  8. Add the hot sauce and catch then mix until well combined.
  9. Toss the wings in the Buffalo sauce then serve.
