Ingredients
- 3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 ½ tsp Hot Sauce
- 5 Tbsps Butter
- ½ Cup Ketchup
- Canola Oil
Method
- Make sure the wings have been cleaned an dried.
- Combine the salt, onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined.
- Season the wings with the seasoning mixture then set them aside.
- Add the oil to a pot or Dutch Oven then bring to temperature.
- Fry the wing in small batches for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes. remove them from the oil and set them aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter.
- Add the hot sauce and catch then mix until well combined.
- Toss the wings in the Buffalo sauce then serve.
