Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tablespoon thyme
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, parsley flakes, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the seasonings until well combined.
  4. Ensure your chicken thighs are thoroughly washed and dried then coat each piece of chicken evenly with the olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken thighs, making sure each piece is well coated.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking dish with a wire rack.
  7. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven.
  8. Bake the chicken thighs for 45 to 50 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  9. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
