Ingredients
- 2 lbs fish (rockfish)
- 1 1/2 tsps salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsps garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsps onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsps paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.

- Mix salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and parsley in a small bowl.

- Pat fish dry. Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil; coat well.

- Sprinkle seasoning over fish and coat evenly.

- Place on pan and bake 20 minutes, or until fish reaches 145°F internal temp.
