Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Russet Potatoes
  • 6 Tbsps Butter
  • 2 Tbsps Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsps Paprika
  • 2 Tbsps Onion Powder
  • 2 Tbsps Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tbsps Thyme
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsps Salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to a pot of water then bring to a boil.
  3. Add the potatoes then allow them to cook for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes turn off the heat then remove the potatoes from the water. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and allow them to sit for 5 minutes to dry.
  5. In a small bowl add melted butter, garlic, paprika, parsley flakes,onion powder, garlic powder, the remaining one teaspoon of salt, black pepper and thyme then whisk until well combined. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with foil then drizzle with the olive oil.
  6. Add the seasoning mixture then mix until each piece is well coated.
  7. Transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven then allow them to cook for 20 minutes or until your potato has reached your desired tenderness.
