Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 4 Tbsps Butter
- 4 Tbsps All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Beef Broth
- ¼ Cup Half and Half
- ½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Onion
- 2 tsps Onion Powder
- 2 tsps Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Using medium heat bring a pan to temperature then add the ground beef and onion.
- Season the beef with the salt and pepper then allow it to brown.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce. Melt the butter then add the flour. Allow the flour to cook for 3 minutes or until it has browned.
- Pour in the beef broth and half and half then bring the liquid to a light simmer.
- Season with the onion powder and garlic powder and continue to mix until the gravy has reached your desired thickness.
