Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Tbsps Butter
  • 4 Tbsps All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth
  • ¼ Cup Half and Half
  • ½ Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tsps Onion Powder
  • 2 tsps Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
 

  1. Using medium heat bring a pan to temperature then add the ground beef and onion.
  2. Season the beef with the salt and pepper then allow it to brown.
  3. Add the Worcestershire sauce. Melt the butter then add the flour. Allow the flour to cook for 3 minutes or until it has browned.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and half and half then bring the liquid to a light simmer.
  5. Season with the onion powder and garlic powder and continue to mix until the gravy has reached your desired thickness.
