In a small bowl add the nutmeg, sugar, cinnamon and 2 tsps of cinnamon then whisk until well combined.
In a separate dish add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract then whisk until well combined.
Add the dry and wet ingredients together and mix well.
Now coat your bread with the mixture them place them on a wire rack.
Using medium heat bring a frying pan to temperature.
Add the bread and cook for 3 minutes on both sides.
After 3 minutes remove your toast from the pan and set them aside.
To make the banana foster, cut the bananas then set a side.
Using medium heat bring your pan to temperature then melt the butter.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and mix until the sugar dissolves.
Add the bananas and cook unto you reach a light simmer.
Add the rum and liqueur then it is ready to serve. (Be cautious as the alcohol may spontaneously ignite.)
