Ingredients
- 10 Peaches
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp Nutmeg
- 2 tsps Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- For the Crust:
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsps Butter (cold)
- ¼ Cup Water (warm)
- Brown Sugar to garnish
Method
- Wash, dry and slice your peaches.

- Place the peaches in a large bowl then add the lemon juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and cornstarch. Mix until well combined and all of the peach wedges have been coated.

- Transfer the coated peaches to your baking dish and bake for 30 minutes.

- To make the crust, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Add the cold butter, then using a pastry blender or fork, cut your butter into the flour mixture.
- Add the warm water and continue cutting until blended. Remove your peaches from the oven and top with evenly divided pieces of your crust

- Sprinkle brown sugar on top, then return your cobbler to the oven and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
