Ingredients
- 1 spiral cut ham
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Place ham in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, corn syrup, brown sugar, and cloves.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
- After 20 minutes, remove ham from the oven and baste with glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for another hour, basting every 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes before carving.
