Ingredients
- 2 lbs lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, thyme, and garlic powder. Mix these ingredients until they are well combined. Set the seasoning mixture aside.

- In another bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, vegetable oil, and honey. Add the minced garlic, ginger paste, and lemon zest to the mixture. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Place the lamb chops in a large bowl. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the lamb chops, ensuring they are evenly coated.

- Generously season the lamb chops with the seasoning mixture, ensuring each chop is well coated.

- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Once the pan is hot, place the lamb chops in the skillet and sear them for about 4 minutes on each side until they are nicely browned.

- After searing the lamb chops, pour the prepared honey glaze over them. Use a brush or spoon to coat both sides of the lamb chops evenly with the glaze.

- Continue cooking the lamb chops for an additional 3 minutes, allowing the glaze to thicken and create a rich, flavorful coating. Once the lamb chops are cooked through and the glaze has thickened, remove them from the skillet. Let them rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
