Ingredients
- 3 Salmon Steaks
- 1/2 Cup t Butter
- 1/2 Cup t Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 4 Tbsps Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Parsley
Method
- Preheat the oven to Broil
- In a cast-iron skillet, melt the butter. Allow the butter to cook until it is a golden-brown color.
- Add the honey and mix until the honey is well dissolved
- Add the garlic and saute for one minute
- Pour in the lemon juice and mix well.
- Add the salmon steaks to the pan skin side down then season with your salt
- Allow the salmon to cook on medium heat for four minutes basting frequently
- After four minutes transfer the pan to the oven and continue cooking for approximately 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes remove the skillet from the oven and garnish with the parsley then your salmon is ready to serve
