Ingredients
- 2 Lobster Tails
- 1 stick. Butter
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
- Preheat Oven to 400 degree
- Rinse the lobster tails with cool water then using shears cut the legs to expose the meat.
- Place them in a baking dish and set them aside.
- In a bowl combine the butter, lemon juice, parsley and garlic and mix well.
- Season the lobster with the paprika, salt and pepper. Brush with the butter, lemon and garlic mixture.
- Transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 15 minutes or until you have an internal temperature of 140 degrees.
