Ingredients
- 1½ all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3½ baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 cups milk
- 4½ butter
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Whisk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
- Add the remaining 1 ½ tablespoons of butter to a pan and heat on medium.
- Pour the batter onto the pan, and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.
- Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
