Ingredients
  

  • all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups milk
  • butter

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and 3 tablespoons of melted butter until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Whisk until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the remaining 1 ½ tablespoons of butter to a pan and heat on medium.
  5. Pour the batter onto the pan, and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.
