Ingredients
- 6 bone-in pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp thyme
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix spices and brown sugar in a bowl.

- Pat pork chops dry, brush with olive oil, and season both sides.

- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.

- Bake 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F. Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
