  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ½ tbsp thyme
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix spices and brown sugar in a bowl.
  2. Pat pork chops dry, brush with olive oil, and season both sides.
  3. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake 15 minutes, flip, then bake another 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F. Rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
