Ingredients
- 4 1/2 lbs Beef Ribs
- 1/4 Cup Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Tbsps Canola Oil
- 1 Tbsp Onion Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 385 degrees. In a small bowl add the salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and mix well.
- Make sure you have thoroughly washed and dried your ribs. Brush the ribs with the canola oil then generously season with your seasoning mixture.
- Cover with aluminum foil then transfer to the preheated oven and cook for 3 1/2 hours.
- After 3 1/2 hours remove the ribs from the oven then brush with the barbecue sauce.
- Change the oven setting to broil then return the ribs to the oven and cook for 3 minutes.
- After 3 minutes they are ready to serve
