Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 pound shrimp
  • 1 cup scallops
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 10 ounces pappardelle pasta
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt divided

Method
 

  1. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to a pot of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the pasta and cook for 9 to 10 minutes, or until al dente.
  3. Drain the pasta, do not rinse, and set it aside.
  4. Slice the garlic and tomatoes.
  5. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  6. Cook the scallops for 4 minutes, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
  7. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes, then remove them from the pan and set aside.
  8. Melt the butter in the pan, then sauté the garlic for 2 minutes.
  9. Pour in the white wine to deglaze the pan and bring it to a light simmer.
  10. Add the heavy cream and season with the remaining salt and black pepper.
  11. Add the crab meat, then return the shrimp and scallops to the pan.
  12. Add the spinach, tomatoes, and pasta, then lightly toss in the sauce.
  13. Serve hot.
