Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 12 oz Beef Sausage
  • 1 1b Red and Yellow Potatoes
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsps Parsley Flakes
  • 2 Tbsps Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsps Paprika
  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 2 Tbsps Tbsps Old Bay Seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add the potatoes to a large pot then cover with water.
  3. Boil potatoes the for 10 minutes.
  4. After 10 minutes turn off the heat then run cold water over the potatoes.
  5. In a small saucepan melt your butter then add the garlic, parsley flakes and one tablespoon of garlic powder. Stir until your butter has complete melted then set it aside until later.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, Old Bay seasoning and one tablespoon of garlic powder.
  7. Season the shrimp with two tablespoons of the seasoning mixture.
  8. Add the shrimp, potatoes , sausage onion and bell peppers to the sheet pan.
  9. Evenly coat with the garlic butter then season with the remaining seasoning.
  10. Mix well making sure that your seasonings are evenly distributed.
  11. Transfer to the preheated oven and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
