Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Scallion
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1-1/2 tsps Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- Aioli Sauce
- 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
Method
- To make the aioli sauce, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Add the garlic and lemon juice.
- Add the black pepper and cayenne pepper then mix until well combined.
- Using a sharp knife cut the shrimp into small even-sized pieces.
- Add the shrimp to a large bowl then season with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Add the mayonnaise, egg, parsley, scallion and bread crumbs then mix until all your ingredients are well Incorporated. Form them into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
- Using medium heat bring your pan to temperature then add the olive oil.
- Add the cakes to the pan and allow them to cook for 4 minutes on each side.
