Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Scallion
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1-1/2 tsps Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Aioli Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. To make the aioli sauce, in a small bowl combine the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  2. Add the garlic and lemon juice.
  3. Add the black pepper and cayenne pepper then mix until well combined.
  4. Using a sharp knife cut the shrimp into small even-sized pieces.
  5. Add the shrimp to a large bowl then season with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  6. Add the mayonnaise, egg, parsley, scallion and bread crumbs then mix until all your ingredients are well Incorporated. Form them into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Using medium heat bring your pan to temperature then add the olive oil.
  8. Add the cakes to the pan and allow them to cook for 4 minutes on each side.
