Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 3 Cups Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 1 can Whole Kernel Corn
  • 1 can Sweet Peas
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Tabasco Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Canola Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 boxes Jiffy Mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Milk

Method
 

  1. PreHeat Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add the oil to the frying pan and sauté the onions for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add the ground beef. Season meat with salt and pepper then allow meat to brown.
  4. Add the stewed tomatoes, peas and corn and continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the tabasco sauce and 2 cups of cheese.
  6. After cheese has melted turn off the heat and set aside.
  7. In a bowl mix together the jiffy mix, milk, eggs and 1 cup of cheese.
  8. Place the meat filling in a baking dish then top with the jiffy mix.
  9. Transfer to the preheated oven and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
