Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
- 2 1/2 Cups Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Water
- Brioche Buns
Method
- Add the onion, pork, salt and pepper to the slow cooker.
- Pour the in the water then cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours remove the pork and most of the liquid.
- Shred the pork then return to the slow cooker.
- Add the bbq sauce cover and cook for an additional hour then it is ready to serve.
