The Best Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 1/2 Cups Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Water
  • Brioche Buns

Method
 

  1. Add the onion, pork, salt and pepper to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the in the water then cover and cook on high for 6 hours.
  3. After 6 hours remove the pork and most of the liquid.
  4. Shred the pork then return to the slow cooker.
  5. Add the bbq sauce cover and cook for an additional hour then it is ready to serve.
