I just love oven baked bbq chicken thighs. When I don’t have time to grill but still want delicious bbq chicken, I rely on my easy recipe for the oven. I use bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or drumsticks for the best flavor and juiciness. The chicken is tender on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. When adding the sauce, The sugars in the BBQ sauce caramelize in the oven, creating a thick and sticky glaze that coats the chicken and infuses it with a lot flavor. The great thing about this recipe is it can be enjoyed all year long.
BBQ chicken thighs are so great when baked. The secret to my thighs is all in the sauce. I love using Jack Daniels Barbecue sauce for it’s consistency and flavor. This sauce makes my chicken finger licking good! Gather your ingredients and let’s make dinner!
