Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 stalks Celery
- 1 -14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 -6 oz can Tomato Paste
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 Jalapeno Pepper
- 1 can Chili Beans
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 -1/2 tsps Salt
- 2 -1/2 tsps Black Pepper
Method
- In a frying pan season the ground beef with 1-1/2 tsps of salt and 1-1/2 tsp of pepper and brown for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes drain off the fat then set ground beef aside for later.

- In a separate pan add the olive oil and saute the onion, celery, red pepper, green pepper and a jalepeno pepper for 5 minutes.

- After 5 minutes add the ground beef, diced tomatoes, tomato paste and beef broth.

- Add the garlic, cumin, oregano, chili powder, 1tsp salt, 1tsp pepper and mix well.

- Lastly add the chili beans and kidney beans mix and cover.

- Allow it to cook on low heat for 2 hours stirring occasionally. After 2 hours remove from heat and serve.
