Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Clean and dry the chicken wings well.
  3. Season the wings with the onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in the olive oil and mix until each piece is evenly coated.
  5. Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until crispy.
  7. Remove the wings from the oven and set aside.
  8. In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  9. Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Add the dried parsley and cook for 1 more minute.
  11. Place the wings in a bowl, cover with the garlic butter sauce, and toss to coat.
