Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
Method
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- Clean and dry the chicken wings well.
- Season the wings with the onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in the olive oil and mix until each piece is evenly coated.
- Place the wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes until crispy.
- Remove the wings from the oven and set aside.
- In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the dried parsley and cook for 1 more minute.
- Place the wings in a bowl, cover with the garlic butter sauce, and toss to coat.
