Step 1: Ingredients for Greek Salad

Ingredient

English Cucumber, Red Onion, Kalamata Pitted Olives, Green Bell Pepper, Roma Tomatoes, Avocados, Feta Cheese, Red Wine Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Oregano, Black Pepper and Kosher Salt

Step 2: Making the Salad Dressing

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined then set it aside until later.

Chop all of the vegetables then place them in a large bowl. Next, top them with the feta cheese then add the salad dressing. Mix well and serve.

Ingredients

  • 1 English Cucumber

  • 1/2 Red Onion

  • 1 Cup. Kalamata Pitted Olives

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper

  • 2 Roma Tomatoes

  • ​2 Avocados

  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)

  • For the Dressing:

  • 3 Tbsps Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1/2 tsp Oregano

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until well combined then set it aside.
