Instructions for Southern Turkey Wings
1. Seasoning the Turkey Wings
Before beginning, make sure to preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Make sure to thoroughly wash and dry your wings. Then season the wings with the onion powder, garlic powder, Creole seasoning and black pepper.
2. Making the Gravy
In a separate bowl, combine the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Whisk all ingredients until well combined.
3. Baking the Wings
Place the wings in a baking dish then pour the soup mixture over the wings. Then, cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and transfer them to the preheated oven to bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
After they have cooked for 1 hour 45 minutes, remove the foil then return your baking dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are browned and cooked through.
