- Don’t be afraid to make any of these recipes your own. If you don’t want to use smoked turkey you can substitute for ham hocks, bacon or chose a vegan option.
- Use fresh and quality ingredients. For the best outcome fresh ingredients is alway my choice especially when serving others and for special occasions.
