Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings (drumettes/flat pieces)

  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 cup peach preserves

  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

  • 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

  • Dry the wings.Pat them very dry with paper towels. Dry wings = crispier skin. In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss wings until evenly coated.Seasoning the Peach Cobbler Wings
